Task Reminders
This software provides a tool to manage your
to-do lists along with dated reminders and reporting. It shows "Past Due" items
and "Due within 30 days" items in color coding right on your main dashboard so the
tasks can be attended to.
For each App, you can now set a list of tasks to be done along with a due date.
A reminder report is automatically generated for each App that shows tasks that
are past due, due today, due tomorrow, due in 2 days, due in 3 days, due in 4-7
days, due in 8-30 days, tasks completed in last 30 days and all completed tasks.
Users can print these itemized taskq by due date to tackle the tasks at hand. Upon
completion of a task, users can set the task to be completed with a date of completion.
A summary of tasks for all Apps is shown at the main dashboard level as "Past Due"
and "Due within 30 days" items that collect information from all Apps and show in
one place. These tasks that are past due or due in 30 days are color coded in red
along with the number of tasks on the main tree menu at the left.
For each App, you can add 2 tasks for free (Express Editions) but once an App is
unlocked you can add as
many as you like.
