their health records and be able to manage their health. A doctor can see the patient
for a short period of time but the patient can analyze their own records more appropriately

This software provides a template to store health records including the patient's
symptoms, dates, descriptions, date of doctors visits, doctors name and contact information, drugs prescribed, specialist referrals and personal comments for followups.
In addition, this provides a folder management system for storing data records for
Inpatient, Doctors visits, Rx, Outpatient, Surgeries, Dentist visits, Eye exams,
hospital visits, insurance information, out of pocket expenses, lab and xrays, physical
therapy etc. It also provides the flexibility to create user-defined folders.
Users can attach documents (bills, xrays etc) to data records so they are available
from within this interface. Records can be emailed to a doctor with 1 click and
also summarized and printed very easily. Users can also set up timed to-do tasks
and print a summary of all tasks that are due within the next few days and past
due tasks. Any overdue tasks show up in red as a reminder.
Another primary benefit to the users is that the same interface can be used to store
data records for other day-to-day activities and so the user doesn't have to go
to multiple softwares to save records of house repairs, car repairs, passwords,
kids activities and 25 other types.
A Free Express Edition download is provided so users can evaluate before they buy.
Express Edition limits the number of data records to 10 but provides all other folder

Process Workflows and Folder data management
This software
provides standard workflows for many apps and a way to customize the workflows by
the user based on their specific needs. Users can manage data records and monitor
progress along the workflow while generating reports on status.
For example:- a Sales Leads tracker can move data
along the workflow - 00-Unassigned, 10-New leads, 20-Contact Established, 030-Close
in 6 months, 040-Bid Due, 050-Proposal Submitted, 060-Bid Won, 070-Followup Needed,
110-Misc. Or Users can delete the preset workflow folders and create their own folder
workflow structure.
Encrypted Storage of data records
This version of the Data Tracking Apps provides
an option to store data in an encrypted form for additional security of sensitive
data. This encryption option is available on a data record level and so most data
can be stored without encryption (if desired) and encryption can be turned on only
for sensitive data.
Password Protection
Password protection can be set for the first
time using the top menu Settings -> Set Password which will ask the user to create
a password upto 8 characters in length. User will be asked to confirm the password
and a warning will be issued to store the password in a safe place since the password
is irrecoverable. Subsequently, the software can only be accessed after providing
the correct password.
To Do Lists and Reminders
This software provides a tool to manage your
to-do lists along with dated reminders and reporting. It shows "Past Due" items
and "Due within 30 days" items in color coding right on your main dashboard so the
tasks can be attended to.
User Interface
Version 3.0 has improved the user interface substantially
by bundling most data tracking softwares into 1 package that shows each App on the
left tree menu. Therefore only 1 download is required to access all data tracking
apps instead of multiple one's in the past.
New sorting features have been added to sort the list of records by name, data type,
folder or date. Also, now a user can perform operations on multiple items at one
time. For example, by using the checkboxes, a user can delete, print, email or export
multiple data records at a time.
There is now a search facility that allows a keyword search in the first 3 key fields
of each data record. Users now get a prompt to Save their data once they are in
Edit mode to avoid any inadvertant loss of saving data. There is now extensive help
available for all the features.
