DeskTop Health Records is a downloadable application that runs on your PC with no connection to the Internet. Provides total privacy of data. Keep track of Doctor's visits, their comments, your comments, specialist info, drugs info,phone numbers.

You can print data records, take your health history to a doctors visit, email any record to a doctor, export into an excel style format for analysis, save phone numbers, specialist referrals etc.

All data is stored on your computer in xml files and nothing is stored online and nothing travels over the internet.

Using this software, you can:-

·  Record information of Doctor's visits, followup comments, your comments about the doctor's effectiveness etc.

·  Attach files (x-rays, bills etc) to your visit records.

·  Email your history (with 1 click) to a doctor before your visit to make the appt more productive.

·  Record drugs prescribed by doctor. 

·  Describe symptoms, keep date's of onset, treatment information.

·  Keep records of phone numbers, referrals to specialists and their contact info.
